How do I place an order? . . .

Orders can be placed by emailing me through the link on each individual cookie page. Minimum order size is one dozen (two for brownie bites) unless otherwise noted. Baked Better accepts credit card, Venmo, and PayPal payments.

Are your cookies allergy-friendly? . . .

While most of our cookies are made without eggs, dairy, and gluten-forming flours, our kitchen is not wheat/nut/soy/dairy/peanut-free. Every effort is made to keep ‘em separated, but the possibility for cross-contamination exists.

Can you do custom sprinkle colors for the iced sugar cookies? . . .

Yes! Available sprinkle colors always will be seasonal, but I know there are times when you need a custom combo (like school colors). Baked Better uses only plant-based naturally colored sprinkles, so custom sprinkle colors are considered a special order and require two weeks' notice. I may need to order sprinkles if I don't have a particular color in stock.

Where is your shop located? . . .

At this time, Baked Better is a cottage bakery and does not have a brick-and-mortar store location. All cookies are baked out of my home.

Do you ship your cookies? . . .

Yes. . .but only within the state of Ohio. My designation as a cottage bakery prevents me from selling beyond state lines. If you're in Ohio, lucky you! I carefully package Baked Better cookies to ensure quality and freshness during shipment. Official policies regarding shipping - I do not offer refunds or accept returns or cancellations for any reason. I am not responsible for the package after it is received by the post office.

So how do I get my cookies if I choose to pick up locally? . . .

Once you place an order, I will send you a confirmation email, including a link to schedule the pick-up. Pick-ups are currently M, T, TH, F, Sa (for the most part) but cannot be scheduled less than 72 hours from the time of your order. Just pick the time that works for you, and I’ll meet you at the location noted in your confirmation e-mail to deliver your freshly baked cookies! Current pick-up location is at the Dublin Justice Center Safe Exchange Zone at 6565 Commerce Parkway. Alternate pick-up locations can be arranged upon request.

Do you do special orders? . . .

Yes! I know that there are always going to be needs beyond Baked Better's standard offerings. (You know. Like that office lunch meeting where there is always someone with a particular dietary need!) Special orders can be accommodated with two weeks' notice and require a 50% deposit.

By-the-dozen cookies also can be individually packaged (great for gifting!). A $5 surcharge per dozen will be added for individually packaged cookies.

Do you do same-day orders? . . .

Sorry. It’s just little ‘ole me baking up mindfully delicious cookies for you, so I need at least 72 hours' notice unless noted otherwise.

How long will the cookies stay fresh? . . .

The cookies are best consumed within 1-2 days for optimal freshness, but if for some crazy reason they are around longer than that, removing the cookies from the packaging and placing them in a zippered plastic bag or airtight container is recommended. Most of Baked Better's cookies (especially the breakfast cookies and brownie bites!) freeze extremely well, so that's always an option, too!
